Rock climbing

So, Mark trades carpet cleaning with a rock climbing place. He goes in the mornings and is simply AMAZING! He is learning tons. And so with that. He gets to take the kids once a week ish if they want to go also.

Here are some pictures of our kids climbing all the way to the top. A & B have both done it 2 times. It is probably about 75 feet high.

This is Brookey touching the top bar! AAAAHHHH! Way scarey to me. But she climbs it in probably 5 min. max.

This is Autumn on her way up. She has a hard time looking down for a pict. Wouldn't you! I would Scream! But she does it.

When she comes down she says "that made me have butterflies in my stomach"

Here is Spencer. He just gets up high enough and swings from the harness. He loves to swing.

I am amazed at how good he does he gets about high enough to be at my head. That high for a little bugger.

This is Mark, being his monkey self on the way out.

A new recipe I've gotten

I am kind of excited about this new recipe. It is to help your butter go further (like on toast) and help in digesting it.

I have tried it and my family likes it just the same, so it's great!

4 cubes butter (softened)
1 cup water
1/2 c. good oil (I used canola)
1 T. granule lecithin

Mix ingredients together and store in containers. Can freeze if desired.

I used my immersion blender to mix it. It kind of creams into a light fluffy whipped looking butter. WE LOVE IT!.

Lecithin is the "wierd" component. It is at the health food stores. It is an interesting little "supplement" it aids in digesting fats, and it is a whole vegetable product. It also contains phospholipids, which is also good for digestive help. If you don't want this or can't find it is is VERY easily left out.
